Full job description

Pranzitelli Law Firm invites candidates accessible for a full-time paid position as a junior individual damage attorney. Whereas we are seeking out a junior attorney, senior attorneys would be considered as well.

Beginning in January-February 2025. The perfect candidate will have involvement in conducting disclosures, and LAT case conferences, and has solid communication abilities and social abilities.

The perfect candidate can multitask and learn modern abilities rapidly in a quick-paced environment and appreciates working as a portion of a group as well as freely.

Responsibilities:

• Talk with and work specifically with clients;
• Handle the drafting of all mischance advantage shapes and going to LAT case conferences;
• Type in pleadings, movements, and other court records;
• Investigate, factum composing, correspondence with contradicting advice;
• Draft court reports counting pleadings, movement materials, and factums;
• Go to movements, examinations for revelation, mediations, and pre-trials.
• Solid consideration of detail and organizational aptitudes
• Capacity to diarize and meet due dates
• Capacity to take after informational, inquiry questions, and work freely
• Capacity to communicate with clients in a convenient and sympathetic way
  screening potential clients

This position has the opportunity for bonuses and practice development and will involve the carriage of your files, in addition to assisting senior counsel

QUALIFICATIONS

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong communication and social skills
• Strong written and oral skills
• Access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
